    Superior queen room with a king sized bed was the best. The location was absolutely perfect and stunning, relatively near Zagreb Funicular. Moreover, it was right by the pedestrian zone as well as the center of Zagreb.

    Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

    A sensational hotel! From the impressive building to the historical background (Orient-Express) to the staff, who competently and friendly handle all your wishes (longer parking, stowage of luggage, etc.). The room was excellent and left nothing open.

    Wonderful hotel, manager sent us up a complimentary champagne and chocolates as we were on our honeymoon. Food was excellent, cocktails were top class. Best hotel in Zagreb by far and one of the best we have ever stayed in.

    Staying here was great. The room had air conditioning, a luxurious private bathroom with free toiletries, and a comfy seating area. Breakfast was a feast with a range of high-quality options. The spa had a sauna and various massage treatments. Super central location made exploring easy. Loved the attentive concierge service too.

    Friendly and helpful staff, good location, clean, nice decor. Exceptional service overall - room was upgraded without charge, and concierge arranged for a restaurant to stay open late for us.

    --Hotel is very near train station, but far from bus station, and there is no direct link between airport and train station. --There is not much of a view from any side of the hotel, so personally do not recommend spending extra for room with better view.
